Highway Returns Policy
Highway Audio Visual wants you to be happy with any purchases made from us, please read and understand our returns policy.
If you decide you no longer want an item purchased from us, or you are not completely satisfied with the items, you can return to us for a refund as long as it is returned within 14 calendar days from delivery in new and unused condition, complete with all original and undamaged original manufacturer packaging, documentation and product tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds and charge for missing accessories if the product is not returned on time, in its original packaging or damaged.
Claims for missing or damaged items must be notified to Highway within 24 hours of delivery. We have no recourse with our carriers beyond that time.
Customers returning items to Highway Audio Visual must contact us to obtain a Returned Material Number (RMA) before shipping the item. Before contacting us, please have your invoice with you as you will need it to quote your invoice number.
Note: You are liable for the delivery charge when returning any product.

| DELIVERIES | Any dates and times quoted for delivery are expected dates and times and Highway A/V shall not be liable for any delays howsoever caused. Deliveries are normally made between 08:00 and 18:00 hours Mon – Fri (excluding bank holidays) to the DOORSTEP of the delivery address unless alternative arrangements have been agreed and accepted in advance between both parties. Risk shall pass at the time the Goods are available for collection or when the Goods are delivered to the agreed address. |

UN-RETURNABLE ITEMS: |
The following items are not returnable once opened: Ink cartridges, Memory cards, Blank CD’s and DVD’s, any item which has been removed from its pack. Printers cannot be returned once ink, toner or ribbon cartridges have been installed. Unwrapped Software and Hardware. Ex-Demo products or Hardware Vision Mixer are also un-returnable |
Securely package the item you wish to return. It is very important that you store all the original packaging and carefully repackage the item before returning it back to us.
Please allow 7-10 calender days for refunds on debit or credit cards to clear.
